Measurement and Evaluation
Evaluation-
It is very important to evaluate the action plan to determine in what respects and how well it has worked. The evaluation process is not only to inform the organisation how good the process worked to reduce the risk associated with the psychosocial hazards but also it allows to reassess the whole situation and provides basis for development and learning (Safe Work Australia 2011).
