The Prevention of Psychological Hazard in Workplace-
To reduce the risk associated with the psychological hazards in workplaces required a good strategic organisational prevention approach and psychological risk management process as well as the implementation process.
In some states in Australia including Victoria and Queensland, OHS legislation has made more explicit the obligations on the owner of the business managing the risk reasonably foreseeable “hazards related to psychological” in workplaces. The workplace health and safety of Queensland has introduced psychological inspector alongside traditional OHS inspector to review and target the workplaces where substantively problems of bullying and harassment are identified (APS 2015).
